How will we know your driver at the airport?
Our driver will have a welcome board with your name clearly printed thereon. They will meet you at arrivals.

We welcome advance payment by credit or debit card. Most major cards are accepted.
What is the largest vehicle you have?
We have two 7 seat Mercedes Benz Class VANs. Our VANs are equipped with air-con, DVD player and individual passenger lighting.
I have an early morning flight to catch. Can I still get a taxi to the airport?
We are open 24/7, 365 days of the year. We're not like other companies who advertise this but don't actually do it. You will always get a taxi from us.
How do you make sure I'll be on time?

Are transfer prices per person or per vehicle?
The transfer prices are always per vehicle and not per person, and the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers. Whether you need a minibus, a minivan/shuttle or a regular taxi cab for your transportation needs.
What if my transfer includes a child or children?
Children until 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have an authorized statement from their parents. If your transfer requires a child seat, please notify us on time.
What happens if my flight’s delayed?
The driver will monitor your flight for any minor delays and alter the pickup time from Zurich Airport. For major delays, we recommend getting in contact with your provider before your flight.
